It is easy to use, particularly after 5 years' use.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some languages are difficult to understand

Repeat customer - over and over and over

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and continue to love it! It is so easy and guides even a novice through the topics. GREAT PRODUCT!
What's great about it: Easy to use with great guidance through each topic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Worked well. No big issues.
What's not so great: Not sure why when I have to pay taxes it prints out vouchers for estimated taxes.

Easier to do then last year

Better Every Year

Have used for many,many years and will continue for many more. In the preparation one screen appeared with a figure in it saying it came from the previous year's return and asked if I had a payment on state estimated taxes after January 1. I left the figure in the calculations assuming that the date of that final payment had been checked by the program. It hadn't and so I did have to redo by eliminating that amount. Took time, but probably my fault for not checking last year's final payment date.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Prompts are good, very complete
What's not so great: One screen gave me problems

Questions Galore

The software easily walked me through each question, which was great. I usually use the online version, but opted this time to buy the software. Don't do it. There is practically no help or guidance for the questions. The online version is much better than the software explaining the questions a bit to know how to answer and they have online support.
What's great about it: walked through each section easily
What's not so great: no help with questions
