Organizes, simplifies & saves me $

TurboTax makes tax filing easy and relatively quick. I feel confident that I've done a complicated process accurately and with a high level of confidence. They walk you through every step of the process and make doing taxes as little less of a pain in the booty.
What's great about it: Relatively quick, easy, affordable, accurate, confident
What's not so great: Sometimes it locks up, but just exit & re-enter & comes back up where you left off

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it guides me through everything I need. The software is easy to use and understand. Their support is also great.

Getting a refund is AWESOME

I have used Turbo Tax to complete my tax returns for several years now. I like that it populates information from the previous years returns into the current return. I didnt realize how nice that was until I got married this year. I have started a new joint return with my husband first. After I had typed everything in, I saw that I could have probably just added him to my information and changed my filing status. I look forward to next year and not having to retype everything. Thank you for helping to make filing taxes simplified.
What's great about it: Definitions on uncommon e items helped me determine what I should be looking at
What's not so great: Having do do so many updates each time I login to Turbo Tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use, but......

Generally a good product, which I have used since it was on floppy(?) discs. Long ago! Not every iteration over the years has made it easier to use.
What's great about it: I found it easy to use.
What's not so great: I was irritated by it's returning to the "Top" of the inputs after each section is completed and having to scroll down .

Better Every Year!!

I have been a TurboTax fan since I started using it in the 1990's. The product is improved every year and my level of confidence in the results increases every year!
What's great about it: Data entry easier this year
What's not so great: Jumps to standard deduction tax due/refund without the benefit of seeing tax due reduce as I entered itemized deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A SHORT REVIEW

Overall, I am happy that I made the decision to stay with TurboTax. The biggest burden is to gather all the information needed to input - but that is not due to TurboTax. It is because, with the Internet, rather than receiving the necessary information via old fashion mail, one needs to go to the proper sites and find them!
What's great about it: The assurance that EVERYTHING has been covered is the best!
What's not so great: For me, it was a very long process
