Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for the past five years. Always seemed to be easy to use and usually had my taxes completed in a single evening. The eFiling was pretty prompt and worth the extra money.

2015 Taxes with TurboTax

Another year's taxes done fast and easy by TurboTax. I have used it for my taxes every year I have ever done them, and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. Thanks TurboTax
What's great about it: TurboTax is fast, easy to understand and effective.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used this product for many years and it is constantly improved. I liked the added security features but had to call support to pay for my State E-file because the credit card page wouldn't accept my information. Just a minor snafu that can be improved for next year.
What's great about it: added security level
What's not so great: credit card page for State E-file not working properly
