User-friendly Experience!

We've used TurboTax for about 8 years and will continue next year and beyond. Filing taxes is fast and easy with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy Navigation, all aspects are self-explanatory

Had several pauses during calculating this year. Was difficult to file my state return; so I gave that up and I am mailing it in this year.

What's not so great: Charing me an extra fee for paying for this out of my refund.

State Return

I was confused when I went to file the federal return why I couldn't file the state return electronically. I would like to see some clarity as to your need to have to file the state return if you live in a state with no state income tax (NH). I was reluctant to bypass the state return question not knowing if there was a new requirement.

I've used TurboTax for many years and have never had significant difficulty. It's easy and efficient.
What's great about it: Leads you through the process simply and efficiently
What's not so great: Perhaps an option to easily save to the cloud (Google docs, or something)

I live in MN, the state return was terrible
