Always a Quality product

Like I said in my CON section. Other than the fact that it does not stare you in the face as to your progress within a certain section(as some seem to continue to ask questions without end in sight), this product never fails to impress. Even that CON is reaching. I have always been satisfied with my Turbo tax experiences.
What's great about it: Easy to follow design and user interface
What's not so great: A better way to track progress(possible progress bar)

Love turbotax!

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years, have seen many improvements in the program and really none that have made it worse (which is uncommon for software updates!). I've never been audited & am sure that TurboTax asks me all the right questions to minimize my tax bill.
What's great about it: I like the option to guide me through everything or I can choose
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

2015 Self Filing

I would have liked to been able to scan in all the documentation so that I had a completely electronic record.
Overall, very good product
What's great about it: A lot easier than last time I did my own taxes
What's not so great: Not able to check off items I thought were complete

The best thing is the ability ti choose the level of assistance from the Turbo Tax. It will guide you step-by-step or allow you to pick and choose section that pertain to your situation.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: Additional fee for state e-filing

Too Many Add On's

I was very disappointed with having to wade through all of the unnecessary screens attempting to get me to sign up for additional services or provide additional personal information after my taxes were complete. I have used this software for the past several years and each year there seems to be progressively more and more of this sort of thing.
What's great about it: Nice Tax Prep software
What's not so great: Way too many add-on's attempting to be peddled

Disappointed!

I've used turbo tax for approximately the last 10 years and never had any issues. This is the first time the software froze! Had to restart the computer twice. Very disappointed!
Will reconsider when purchasing next year!
What's great about it: Transfers previous years tax information
What's not so great: Software is broke!
