I have used Turbo Tax for years. This was, by far, the worst experience ever. Continually got stuck in a "Calculating" loop; in order to stop, had to back out, shut down, restart.
What's great about it: Transfer of previous return;
What's not so great: Continually went into "Calculating" loop; had to back out, shut down, restart three times to complete

Filing with turbo tax is easy to do... provided that you have gathered all necessary forms to complete. It is even easier if you've used it before since it is able to determine all forms used previously as well.
What's great about it: Questions focused on my specific tax situations. There wasn't a lot of "extra" questions to answer.

Very easy to use and the transfer of last years information saves a lot of time. Pleased with whole process.

Easy to do Taxes!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and always feel confident that I will be able to file accurately and without a lot of hassles. Excepting the new Obamacare requirements, which were a real pain to acquire forms for, this program made life pretty easy to use, and for that I am very thankful!
What's great about it: This program is very easy to use
What's not so great: Mass Health snafu delayed filing
