I have no complaints, I purchase turbo tax every year, since I utilize deductions. That's it.
What's great about it: Easy to use and takes the stress away.

fed return went well. state of mn return sucks! you provided 14 pages of directions of how to recalc my fed numbers for mn. REALLY! You have all my numbers.....why didn't you calc for me on my mn return??????

Celebrating 8th Anniversary!

So far, we have had a very easy time of filing our returns. Turbo Tax is a professional product that meets the needs of people like us. I've never been frustrated with any of the steps to filing a return. We find it the best way to file a return that includes multiple pensions, medical deductions, and an extensive list of charitable donations. So easy and yet we are always confident in our returns. Love the risk of audit feature. We've always been rated "LOW".
What's great about it: cost, ease of use, thoroughness
What's not so great: difficult to ask questions

So easy anyone can file their refund

I like the step by step questions and very organized. Fills in all the necessary forms depending on your answers to the questions. First, it takes you through all wages and income. Turbotax will even download your W2 forms and enter all information. Then it takes you through all your deductions and credits. When your done BAM your refund/payment shows up. E-File then your done. Very easy just make sure you have all your tax paperwork in front of you before you start.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step so you do not miss anything - very detailed.
What's not so great: If its your first time, it may be tedious going through all the questions.

Accurate returns

I have been using Turbo tax over 10 years now. Every year , I have refunds. I was nervous the first year I used it, but now , I am so confident that my returns are accurate. I do my tax return in the privacy of my home. I do not have to pay hundreds of dollars to an accountant.I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Turbotax 2015

I like having the idea of knowing what my refunds looks like as Im entering my information.
What's great about it: Detailed explanations and walk me through each steps.
What's not so great: Deluxe CD freezed and had to start over 3 times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
