I have used TurboTax now for 20+ years. I have never had issues.
What's great about it: Pretty darn simple step by step

Always easy

I have used TurboTax for years and it continues to get better and better. Pulling in prior year information makes filing that much easier. I also use It's Deductible to track all of my charitable giving during the year and then pull it into my tax return. Filing is very quick and easy.
What's great about it: Question and Answer format is very easy to understand and use.
What's not so great: none

Issue resolved thru FAQ and this is the first year anything has come up but it makes me start to wonder a little about the turbo tax product. I understand we can all make mistakes and I had a tax return messed up by an experienced individual before, that is why I started using turbo tax. I have never had any issues till this year and as I said it was resolved. I still rate turbo tax A+.

I have been using this product for over 10 years and have been pleased each and every year. I recommend it to everyone who wishes to take on their taxes themselves. Intuit TurboTax makes it easy and they are very thorough.
