It's ok.

Don't know for sure if it truly gets me the refund I should or could get....... But it's better than sitting with an accountant all day.
What's great about it: You can work on it at your leisure.
What's not so great: Some of the in-depth items are not very explained very well.

I have used TurboTax for 11 years and have always been pleased with the ease of preparing my taxes. For me, this is the best tax software available to the general public. They have proven worthy of my trust. I've never had an issue with my returns for 11 years.

Surprisingly Easy To Use

This was our first year doing our own taxes and we were super nervous about it. Turbo Tax Deluxe took us step by step through each items and I feel confident in our return. We will definitely use it again next year.

I've used TurboTax for many years now. It just keeps getting better. It took me a few times trying other tax software until I found TurboTax. Now, this is all I need.

Not your Grandpa's Tax Returns

I really enjoyed working on my tax returns... This system gets better and better every year. The only problem os that at times, you feel like you are making mistakes because of the easiness.
What's great about it: Easy and Painless
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Flaky, but better than competition

For the last three years, I've had to run Turbo Tax on a particular machine. It just doesn't run on my iMac. This year I even bought a new iMac, same thing. Crash on start.
On the mini I run it on, it locks up "calculating" several times during the return. Quitting and restarting the program seems to fix it.
Obviously, the pros outweigh these annoyances, as I keep using it every year. And I still won't go back to a PC...
What's great about it: Process itself is easy. Trustworthy.
What's not so great: Very finicky on MacIntosh. Runs on some, not others. Crashy.

My Tedious Refund

Turbo Tax helped me finish my tax return even though I really understand the whole tax system.
