I have used Turbo Tax for years and love it

Saved our lives!!!!

Started using the free online turbo tax but at the end it said we owed alot??!! Decided if we owed we were going to wait to pay. Next day got an email from Turbo Tax team stating they noticed I was using the online program instead of the store bought program. Told me that we would save a lot more if we used the store bought program. By the way, we have always used the store bought program in prior 5-6 years. So,we went out & bought it & just finished our taxes. We are getting back almost $2000.00!!! Definitely will never ever stop using Turbo Tax program from the store. Yay!!!! Turbo Tax team you all are ABSOLUTELY THE VERY VERY BEST!!!!

Pretty good and easy to use. Any questions could be answered right there.
What's great about it: Simple, options for autoloading much
What's not so great: Still need W2 information to electronically get a W2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and painless. I feel confident that all areas were covered and I was able to file in less than an hour both federal and state.
What's great about it: quick, detailed, helpfull, and easy

Good program

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. This year was horrific to get the state form printed out without "do not file" across the form. Never had this problem. Looked everywhere for a solution and couldn't find one so after 2 days of aggravation, I was able to print it without writing across it. Even though I had updated it before I started, I had to update it a second time for the state to get it to print right. Other than that, the program has been great over the years
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: horrific to get the state form printed without "do not file" across the form

No program is easier and more simple to work through. It is simple to make corrections and go back and forth to get your maximum refund. You can't make a mistake!
What's great about it: Easy and simple to use!
What's not so great: Not one I can think of!
