Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I compared, again, with other free tax programs, and as usual, Turbo Tax wins.
What's great about it: Soooo easy to use!
What's not so great: I have to pay taxes.

Simple as ever - but a little buggy this year

I've used TurboTax for 5 years now and like the ease of pulling my previous year's data. I have high confidence in the accuracy and tax tips. This year, the program wouldn't display any of the pull down choices properly. I was able to work around by blind clicking until any random choice appeared then arrow up or down to find the right answer.
What's great about it: Side by side comparison to last year
What's not so great: Charge for state e-file too high

Calculating Mode. The answer function had no answers.
What's great about it: quick and easy; covered everything
What's not so great: It stick in "calculating' will not finish or get out. Took over 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of calculating

TurboTax is great for those of us with simple returns. It explains everything, through every step, and I feel comfortable that it is giving me the greatest return.

Not Perfect

Support and explanation for some of the more involved areas was non-existent. It just kept demanding information without explanation of what the information required was exactly. Guidance was needed and not provided.
What's great about it: Mostly Easy
What's not so great: Doesn't provide sufficient help in all areas.
