So easy, no stress or worries. Filled in the blanks, answered the questions and if I had a question they had the answer right there. I really like this product.
What's great about it: So easy

Turbo tax makes transferring last year's data simple and the ability to see last year's numbers for the various tax categories makes entering this year's numbers easier and more accurate.
I encountered a problem when I incorrectly updated a k1 I received as a partnership instead of a trust. I could not easily reverse the update. I found the help to make the change hard to navigate and the call desk difficult to find. (it is not listed and you have to go through a number of steps before Turbo tells you to call). I later found some answer that mentioned deleting incorrect forms. That worked for me. To Turbo's credit , It would not let me e file until I fixed the problem.

Safe and Friendly

I have used this program for about 15-20 years and will continue even though there are free online ways to file taxes. Please continue to improve and offer this program for several more years. I have had to pay penalties in the past but not because of the program just my stupid lack of proper entry.
What's great about it: Ease of input is greatly appreciated

all in all, I find Turbo tax easy to use and have ben using it for over 10 years.
What's great about it: very easy to walk thru on your own.
What's not so great: it never told me if I would be filing shor or long form

2015 Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax has been my tax preparation software for more years than I can remember. Each year it has become a better, more mature product makes tax filing easy peasy. Now if we could get free eFile for state taxes we'd have it all.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, and on target with its data gathering and informational tips.
What's not so great: None for what I need Turbo Tax.

Simply the Best

Turbo Tax is the way to go if your tax situation is not extremely complex and requires an accountant. I have tried other programs and came back to Turbo Tax - especially when I could not access the return from last year with out paying added fees!
Anyone can follow the simple yes-no questions and cover every income and deduction category there is. So easy to run multiple scenarios with dependents income and I have never had any doubts about my returns accuracy.

What's great about it: Extremely easy to use, thorough and easily understood help when needed
What's not so great: It does take a few hours but way easier than reading IRS/State instructions.

I ALWAY USE TURBOTAX EVERY YEAR. IT IS EASY AND HELPFUL. IT GUIDES ME THROUGH MY FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES RETURNS TO ENSURE I CAN GET THE MOST REFUND AS POSSIBLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
