very good, but should be better!

There were a number of questions I was never asked and I wondered why not, and toward the end there were blanks filled in some forms that were incorrect because those questions weren't asked in the initial intake worksheets.
Confusing, and added hours to what should have taken far less time.
I tried to find the applicable worksheets for each wrong form entry. When I did find the worksheet, I wasn't permitted to correct the entry. If I overwrote the incorrect entry, I was informed that I could not e-file! I could not find how to redo the worksheet either..

What's great about it: enough forms, covers a lot of areas
What's not so great: worksheets. See below.

Frustrated

I used Turbo Tax with a Mac using OS 10.10.5. and it had a screen freeze on several occasions while it was calculating. The only way to stop was to "Force Quit" and then restart.
I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 8 years; however, at this point I may need to consider a different product.

Why doesn't the Basic edition enable you to file state income tax? I spent a lot of time for nothing!
What's great about it: I used the Deluxe edition but could have gotten by with the Basic edition.
What's not so great: Why doesn't the Basic edition enable you to file your state taxes?
