I'm 73 and have been using turbotax for over 10 yrs. For some reason, this year's program was much harder to use and understand. New is not always better!
What's great about it: prior year's info is shown

Too Easy To File!

I really appreciate how easy this tool made it for me to fill out and file. I am thankful that it found me the most money possible.
What's great about it: Guided me along, easy, answered questions and showed different outcomes
What's not so great: Had an issue finding the saved file on my computer.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
