wish errors would get fixed

I've been using TurboTax for years, but the desktop version won't work right on my computer. For 4 years now, I get the same errors when trying to do automatic updates--invalid file signature for several .msi files. I have to get the manual updates for Federal and call support to get the state update. I would have hoped that this would have been resolved my now. If not for that I would love the product.

Great Tax Tool

Different versions to fit your needs allows paying only for what you need. Following all tax rules while walking you through all incomes and deductions lets you avoid mistakes and omissions, and maximizes your return. I got a return for more money than I would have done by itself. Doing it from home avoids having to go to a tax person and costs less.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through, updates filing rules, maximizes returns
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

I have been using Turbo tax for quite a few years. I like that it compares this year with last year so you don't miss anything.

Worse year yet! As of right now still haven't printed either federal or state tax. No problem printing but all I get is zeros nothing listed. Downloaded acrobat reader again but still no success.

State form had several data import issues and failed to chose either of the options for married filing jointly or single and entered a # from cyber space.
What's great about it: Effective and the end product is excellent
What's not so great: I haven't found a way to check worksheets during data entry phase
