Everything went SMOOOOOTH.

I've used Turbo Tax for over a decade now, and have found it easy as well as informative to use over the years. However, last year was a fiasco, didn't get my refund for months, and then you changed what forms you would get on the different levels of software.....I was about to leave you in a heartbeat! I read that your executives saw the light and that you also were taking precautions on the security of your files....so I gave you another chance this year...we will see how well it goes.
What's great about it: enjoy the choice of step by step or yourself
What's not so great: would like to be able to lay out the ES amounts on my own

Original E-filed Returned "Rejected by IRS"

My original return contained a legitimate tax credit on line 53 form 1940 ("If line 53 is greater than zero you must submit all 5695 forms"). My return did include the correct tax credit on line 53 form 1040 as well as the completed form 5695 as created by Turbo Tax. I could find no errors eluded to by the IRS or in the Turbo Tax instructions. I refiled my return without the tax credit and will amend my return when Turbo Tax tells me where the error is and how to fix it.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax Review said everything was fine
What's not so great: IRS rejected my Return, said it had an error

I found this year's 2015 income taxes easier to file with Intuit Turbo Tax software, especially the e-filing process.

I have used Turbo tax for the last few years- love it!!! So easy, and 10 times cheaper than an accountant. If you have simple W-2's and non complicated investments- highly recommend it- they take you through each step
What's great about it: Waaaaay cheaper than an accountant
What's not so great: None I can see

No Better

My Tax filing is pretty straight forward and I take the standard deduction. I'd like to see a selection where you can select the standard deduction and this would eliminate unnecessary entries.
What's great about it: Fast and easy even if your "Brain Dead" It keeps getting easier each year
What's not so great: None that I've come across

Excellent Tool

Turbotax has been a blessing to me. It gave me the ease of filling out my own taxes and have for years. I love this product and will use it for many years to come. My children will use it also. We recommend it to everyone. It will give you an excellent tax preparation experience.
