different errors while filing e-file. Told me two errors in fed.tax which were fixed when reviewed while doing. last amt. of refund coming back came up

For Me It is Always Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I'm thankful the light toned usually clear instructions..
What's great about it: TT helped me negotiate the confusing tax requirements and enter the necessary information.
What's not so great: Under Royalties and Rental Income I got confused about what "personal use days" meant,

Birthday Issue

The overall process of filling out all the necessary information to acquire my refund was easy enough but after e-filing i received a message stating my refund was rejected due to my birth date being different from what the irs had on file for me. I am human and i do make mistakes, so i thought no big deal and went back to double check everything. I even re-entered some things. Tried e-filling again! Same issue. I've never had issues e-filling my taxes before using this program so it was a little disheartening to receive the rejection emails again. I've heard many good things about turbotax and I would like to continue using it but it doesn't seem like a good option for me anymore when i've tried multiple times to file and I can't get my information through. When you hear good things about a product and go to try it yourself but continue to hit roadblocks it may make one wonder if it's truly as great as it seems to others. Not to sure if i'll use this software again or stick to what I know and e-file elsewhere.
What's great about it: Looked easy enough
What's not so great: Kept rejecting refund even though everything was correct

Excellent Experience, Very Helpful on Taxes

After using TurboTax for several years, I still enjoy the experience and feel confident that my taxes are done correctly. However by now those pesky issues on downloading updates should be resolved and yet I still have to disable McAfee AND go to a manual download. Why can't it be like CreativeCloud and just work??
What's great about it: Easy to Do, Painless for Doing Taxes
What's not so great: Download Issues

What's great about it: Love the way it picks up last year's information and gives me hints on what I need to do this year.
What's not so great: Don't like having to recheck boxes when reviewing. Checked boxes should remain checked unless I change them.
