Good software to work with, however, I need to check the state software to insure that the pension income is non-taxable.

What's not so great: Basic mathemtical bug (rounding mistake) that just shouldn't be present

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with results, price, and overall help.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, frequent form and IRS updates

all in all it was very easy to use and you get your money within 3 days!
What's great about it: simple and easy
What's not so great: sometimes it froze up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always reliable

As always, TurboTax made filing easy and maximized my return. There was help when I had questions about how to file money received for a utility easement, and the answer given referenced screen items that were not present on the current version of TurboTax. I was able to figure it out eventually and file successfully.
What's great about it: information was straightforward
What's not so great: have to scroll down screen at the end of each section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
