Wouldn't do my taxes without it!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and for good reason - I can't imagine trying to figure out all the convoluted tax laws especially relating to investments. Thank you for getting me through another year!
What's great about it: Easy to follow thorough interview questions

Generally good, but more problems this year

I tried to put in the zip code for a Canadian college, but TT kept asking for a US zip code and calling my inability to put in the Canadian one as an error.
I had a little difficulty with required minimum withdrawal from IRAs. More guidance would be useful.
What's great about it: Simple to use; go guidance
What's not so great: Difficult to find the forms I wanted to review or change

easy as pie

We have used Turbo Tax for well over 10 years. This may have been the easiest. Being retired we had some new issues with taxes this year and TT helped us through them. Thanks tt.
What's great about it: Good help Liked the topic list
What's not so great: sometimes an entire page did not fit on the screen and might miss a continue or a confirm
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Edit Trouble

I had to get a corrected 1099 form because I found a mistake on it. When I got the correct form my computer or program would not let me make the edit with out bringing the mistake back. I deleted the saved file and started from the beginning again and it worked perfect that time.
What's great about it: transfers last years tax information into new tax form
What's not so great: I had trouble editing a entered 1099 form on a later date.

I have done my own returns for several years now using Turbo Tax, I have gone to tax preparers when I had special situations, and I found that I could get the same or better results ie:refunds using Turbo Tax. If I have a question, there is always some sort of help available. Thanks Turbo Tax

tax time again

I have used TurboTax for several years and I believe it gets me all the deductions I am entitled to. I like the running total so I can see what individual entries do to my bottom line. I appreciate that it updates with the previous year's information and gives me a comparison sheet that covers the last several years of information. I also like the links to more information if I need them, and lets me keep going if I don't.
What's great about it: I am involved with every entry.
What's not so great: Doesn't always return to where I left off. If I need to jump to a specific form it can be kind of messy getting back to
