Be More UpFront and Honest with Deluxe Capability

I think Intuit/Turbo Tax should be more up front about the
capabilities of Deluxe, regarding Schedule D Investments.
If you only have a few stock, bond, fund sales, it's relatively easy to enter the data directly, and the proper forms are generated. The "Up Sell" to Premiere is offensive. Also, there
is some ambiguity in entering multiple transactions in a category, e.g. Long Term Investment Gain/Loss. After
entering one transaction, I wanted to enter a second one, so I selected the box for "another transaction". The screen still showed the data I entered for the prior transaction, so I thought I was supposed to just enter the new data overtop of the prior entry. But when I checked to see if both entries were in my form, only the second entry was there. I had to make an entry, then leave that screen, then come back and make the second entry. That worked, but not smoothly. Also, I never found a place to make an entry under Contributions, or under Medical Expenses, for miles driven for volunteer work, and for driving to/from our doctors.
Otherwise, filling in the forms, and filing the returns was easy.
I like having the ability to direct deposit a refund, and to pay a tax due bill directly from my bank account.

What's not so great: Some difficulty with Investment Cap Gains Entries

I use Turbo Tax EVERY YEAR!! It is easy to use and guides you every step of the way. I love it!!!

Excellent Customer Service!

Due to a mistake on a tax return for one of our dependents, our return was rejected. I called customer service and got fast, friendly and clear instructions on how to fix the error. I've never had any problems filing any tax forms with Turbo Tax and this year proved to be especially frustrating for us, but Turbo Tax did not disappoint! Thank You! I'll never use another tax filing service because of my experience this year.
What's great about it: Excellent Customer Service Reps.

Good experience. I would like to see the questions asked in each section explained a little better especially when asking about the 1099-DIV and 1099-INT sections.
What's great about it: Guided me through all parts of my tax forms and documents.
What's not so great: Some of the section titles/ questions asked are still a little vague to a person not very familiar with tax docs.

Another Successful Tax Submission!

This is my 4th year to use Turbotax. I actually went to H&R Block Tax School and worked as a tax preparer for three years. The software that I used was so much more complicated than Turbotax!
What's great about it: So easy to use!
What's not so great: Sometimes it's hard to find the answers to my questions.

Have been using Turbotax for sixteen (16) years and each year gets easier and better. I am sold on the Turbotax product.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate; user friendly
What's not so great: Sometimes it is not readily apparent re where to search for topics
