I like it

I would definitely recommend this program.
What's great about it: Thorough, went step by step. It was helpful when it said, "this is uncommon." Then I knew what to expect.
What's not so great: Nothing really. Taxes are a pain, and sometimes this was too, but that's the way it is.

Makes TAX-Time easy
What's great about it: Freakin easy, just have your info. And if you do it every year make a ckeck list of forms you need.
What's not so great: Some questions repeat themselves, But I have to assume they are flags and just need you to verify info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Deluxe 2015 was Easy and Thorough

I've used TurboTax since it was called MacInTax. Each year gets easier and more complete. Excellent program.
What's great about it: Easy Step Guide with ability to review specific forms helps a lot.
What's not so great: One calculation hung the program and had to quit/restart on a Mac. Some entries seems like they could pre-enter data.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Return Easy - Efiling A Nightmare

After rejection, we followed steps only to be rejected again. Dismayed! We have used Turbo Tax for years, and this is the first time we've had trouble efiling.
What's great about it: Doing return was easy following step by step procedure.
What's not so great: Efiling was a nightmare. Our return has already been rejected twice. I hope it goes through this time.

Excellent Product!

I have used TurboTax for more years than I can remember, and, although filing has become somewhat more complex, I am confident my return is correct. This year, I had an issue with entering additional data, and customer support provided me a very detailed, complete roadmap for doing so - it was great. Kudos on a fine product.
What's great about it: Ease of use - completely guided or user choice of areas for work.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to figure out how to add to data already entered.

Can't Blame Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax does as good a job as you can expect with a byzantine tax code.
What's great about it: Follow a logical sequence of data entries.
What's not so great: It has to follow IRS code!

I've used TurboTax for many years. It used to be that the question made sense relative to what you are doing, but now one really has no idea. I should note that this could be because of the tax code being ridiculous.
What's great about it: It gets it done.
What's not so great: Too many revisions and upgrades
