Processing Refund Easy - Almost

As I have done for many years file with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very Simple to follow
What's not so great: Returning to complete Return was rather clunky - took 3 steps. Highly redundant steps.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No headaches

Have used TurboTax for years. It saves headaches and hours of time over filling out paper forms. Gives me all the needed info so I don't miss any deductions. Very helpful for state filing as it includes all the state-only deductions not on the federal form. I have found deductions I didn't know I was entitled to and have planned other expenditures to maximize allowable deductions in following years.
What's great about it: easy to go back and recheck w-2 figures and other income

LOVE IT!!

I've been using TurboTax for years. Started using it in my prior job filing probate estate returns, etc. Now just file personal returns for my husband and me and then for my mom.
What's great about it: Carries information over from year to year

Tremendous Software

Asked me if I wanted to use the free state for my return and I said yes. When it came to the end they charged me!
What's great about it: Easy to use, hit's all aspects of filing, is very thorough
What's not so great: Said I had one free state and that didn't happen

Love Pulling in Data from Previous Years

I've been using Turbotax for a dozen years. I love the way it keeps all of the information year to year. I purchase the program each year so that I can have it pull up last years information. Unless I move, or change my sources of income, all of the information is preloaded, and I only have to enter the dollar amounts. This year I used the standard deduction, and it took me less than two hours to enter the data, review, and send it off electronically. Years that I had to itemize it was great too, but it took me a little longer. But it was so nice to have all the places I donated to the previous year already entered so I only had to fill in the current years numbers.
Now I have the rest of the week free to visit the Theme Parks in Orlando and plan an Alaskan cruise with my refund, which will be more than enough for the deposit.

What's great about it: TurboTax has made it so easy. All of last years information right there.
What's not so great: Had to go through itemization before it let me use standard deduction. It was being sure I got the most back, but ...
