Ease of doing my taxes

I can't imagine a software program any better than Turbo Tax. I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. I did try a different software program one year, however, the next year I went back to Turbo Tax.
I recommend this program to everyone!

What's great about it: Everything about the Turbo Tax software
What's not so great: It doesn't actually PAY what I owe. lol

I cannot save or print my documents and the cost was $50.00 more by purchasing the CD rather than doing it direct online. I am extremely disappointed because I cannot exile, it's not working, nor can I save and print my documents to send snail mail. This is the first time I can say I am disappointed with turbo tax and worried I will have to find another way to complete my taxes this year!

2016 Tax Filing!

Worked as advertised - I'm very pleased. Twice the software locked up with the "Calculating" icon showing - the first time seemed to be that it didn't like my using a "period" in my employer's name (which was on the federal tax form) - the second time I have no idea WHY it locked - I couldn't further use the software until this cleared - which it eventually did - I shut the software down and re-ran it two hours later and it finished without any further issues. Printed documentation could be improved to tell the user what to do when this happens. Overall I'm very pleased.
What's great about it: Easy to understand questions.
What's not so great: On occasion would lock up - but always recovered.

Thank you once again for delivering a product which is simple to use and explains every step of filing taxes. I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have never been disappointed! Purchase and use with confidence.

My Tax Filing

Really like using Turbo Tax! It does all the work for you. Have used it for many years now. I like how it picks up this years Taxes where it left off with last years Taxes. It works really great with Quicken! Also it does a GREAT JOB of importing my information from my financial institutions. I will continue to use this great program.
What's great about it: Very Easy To Use
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

More difficult to use this year

Usually TurboT is easy to use and helpful withits advice.
This year I found the process of getting my refund sent to my bank exceotionally difficult. I had to make numerous comprimises to get the refund and my bank of fifteen years to talk to each other.
