Finally Extraordinary Assistance

Trouble finding means to correct forms led to thoughtful help from Claire in CA, then long wait on phone for help that never came. Finally Kevin Theisen in MI (case#416806338) was able to solve the problem. Both Claire and kevin showed extreme empathy for my problem and between the two gained fruitful results.
What's great about it: Extreme stick to it attitude from tech support.
What's not so great: Placed on extended hold for tax support.

Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Love that I don't have to fill in all the personal info each year, nor do I have to look up what I did last year. Its all there in front of me. I feel i am getting the best refund available!
What's great about it: walked me through the entire return by asking easy questions.
What's not so great: Would like to be able to see forms while I am filling out questions

Great Experience

I have relied on Turbo Tax for several years as a tool to complete my tax filing. Each year there are great improvements that make the process easier to complete. The only improvement would be to insure that each of the sub categories are very easy to understand. Thank you for a great experience

I am not interested in the WV state return but you wanted to charge me more for a SC form than the refund I am due. You gave me no choice on states and I am very frustrated over it!!

Continues to have some small glitches

What's not so great: could not load with Windows 10!; forms or questions continue to appear after you said 0 or left blank

TurboTax Macintosh

I've used TurboTax for years, and overall had a good experience. The Cons I experienced this year include:
1) I moved to Arizona and had to buy a second state program to use with TurboTax. I was surprised that there was an additional fee after buying the state to E-file.
2) If I went back to review part of the completed AZ return using easy step, some of the previously completed boxes were empty and the information had to be reentered. This did not happen on the Federal return.
