Not as good as prior years

What's not so great: Awkward transitioning from steps to forms and back. Very annoying to correct state IDs and then try to refile.

Years and years . . .

I have used TT for years. I have had my return reviewed by good Tax Accts more than once. They have all said my taxes were well prepared and had no suggestions. I have never been audited. E-File State as well as Fed, even if it costs a few $$$$. State said they didn't receive my return. Cost me a penalty and a $700+ Property Tax Refund. E-file for your own protection. The USPS and the IRS (State level too) can lose your mailed return!!!!

Overall pleasurable experience considering it was taxes. Loved the interview process and brief descriptions regarding entries.

It gets the job done, but we found a few quirks...for example, putting an 82-cent refund from our investment account in a separate Schedule C. We were able to work around it, fortunately.
We could not update the password for our Intuit account using suggested secure passwords from our Mac.
What's great about it: Keeps our personal finances in the family,
What's not so great: Difficulty in resetting password for Intuit account
