Makes complicated easy

I've been using TT for years and find it straight forward and intuitive.
What's great about it: Easy to follow for even a complex return
What's not so great: Nothing

STATE RETURN REJECTED

Had to navigate thru to make a small correction on driver license number to e-file state finally after several attempts make correction able to refile at no charge. Last year state rejection for simple glitch error on number of dependents. after correction was made could not navigate to refile at no charge had to file on paper took huge delay in getting state refund. Other than that program easy to work with.
What's great about it: TURBO TAX TOLD WHAT SMALL ISSUES WAS
What's not so great: HOW TO GET TO CORRECTION
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another easy year.

Good: Turbo Tax knew all of the latest tax filing requirements as well as knowing what I did last year to guide me through the same details. Downloading information from various financial resources (banks, etc.) was easy and alleviated my need to key in all the numbers.
Not so good: when reviewing my previously entered information, it was a little difficult to find the specific items I needed to readdress. I found it all, but it took some time.
What's great about it: Tubo Tax knew everything that I needed to include in my filing.
What's not so great: Navigation was a little tricky.

Entering the information is easy and fairly rapid.
The issue came at paying for the state return. None of the attempts I made to enter a credit card worked, nor did the links work. I even disabled my antivirus thinking that might resolve the issue.
I attempted to find the payment options under my Account Settings to enter it manually, but was not successful.
I finally made a call to the Service Center.
The lady was helpful and patient and walked me through successful payment processing.

Love Turbo Tax

What I love the most about Turbo is that is asks you questions all the way through the process. Depending on what your answers are, it gives you the proper forms all filled out and ready to file. It also allows you to print every worksheet so that you have a record of how it filled in the amounts. No thinking of where does that go, did I claim what I was entitled to.... Turbo Tax reminds you to claim things that you might forget on your own. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and the product has never disappointed me.
What's great about it: If you answer the interview questions, it gives you all the correct forms you need for accurate filing. It reminds you.
What's not so great: None that I can think of
