Prepared my own taxes

Overall, it has been a good experience to do my own tax preparation for several years using TurboTax. Sometimes, I have to think hard about the questions to make sure I am giving the right responses. In past years I have made calls from their helpline and was helped greatly. I recommend this as the way for those who do not have a complicated return to file their taxes.
What's great about it: You can do your own tax preparation
What's not so great: Occationally the descriptions or questions are not ctystal clear

Fills the requirements with least amount of work

Why is it necessary to file when the income is too low??? Where is the break to seniors who don't owe???
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Too much work for no refund due to low income

Great Product

I have a pretty normal tax refund most years, although sometimes I get paranoid about getting all I can refunded to me. I'm no tax expert, but I'm not an idiot either. I love that TurboTax handles all the petty details and all the changes which take place every year. I also feel secure knowing that I have them to back me up in case something happens as well.
What's great about it: easy, user-friendly and trustworthy

I've used TurboTax for several years and each year I've been totally satisfied with the program. It is easy to use and helps find deductions or credits I may have overlooked.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just so easy!

Using TurboTax makes it hard to miss anything. You go through every possible tax situation. If you throw all your tax related docs into a folder during the year, TurboTax will do the rest. So easy.

much much trouble

Couldn't change filing status on state return. First time FTB rejected, when I tried to go back and change it, there was no easy way to do it, wasted more than an hour and I'm still not sure if it's correct. Seems like it should be very simple to do and I recall doing this years prior.

2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe

Excellent program for filing your taxes. I've been using this product for years and I don't have any complaints!!! Far exceeds others that I have tried in the past and won't go back to any of them.
What's great about it: Super user friendly, had all the necessary forms without paying extra cost for Turbo Tax Premium this year
What's not so great: None
