If everyone knew how easy it is to use Turbo Tax more would use it! It walks you through EVERYTHING and offers assistance when you need it. It's great. I've been using it for years now.

Have used Turbo Tax for more than ten consecutive years. Each succeeding version seems to be simpler and completion is much faster. Well worth the small investment in the software.
I always strongly recommend using Turbo Tax to family and friends.
What's great about it: Greatly appreciate the detailed step-by-step process
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and quick!

I think that this was the easiest way to do a simple tax return. It walked you through everything and made sure you answered correctly. It even automatically enters some of the W2 info!
What's great about it: Fast and foollproof and it calculates your return as you go
What's not so great: Didnt know until the end that you need to pay to efile state taxes

Love Turbo tax since it brings all the data forward from prior year. It also asks all questions so that you don't miss anything.

State ID card doesn't expire

I don't have a driver's license. My AZ issued ID card doesn't expire. TT wouldn't accept it without an expiration date. I have no other ID.
What's great about it: fast & easy

When working with the State return (VT) there are some very ambiguous questions with no extra clarification.
What's great about it: Usually askes the right questions
What's not so great: Each Year the software keeps getting slower...

Easy and fast

I have used Turbo Tax every year since 2003. The ability to automatically obtain information from year to year is a great time saver. Automatic calculations alone same lots of time. I can complete everything in a few hours instead of days when doing everything manually. Also, TURBO TAX is updated with the new rules. E-filing is a bonus. Overall its an outstanding way to file.
What's great about it: Convient and simple
