Excellent Service!!!!

Needed help with download of TurboTax CD. CD Drive stopped working and could not install 2015 version. One call to help desk and I was able to get a download copy pushed to my TurboTax account. Phone tech was nothing but excellent and easy to chat with.
Glad TurboTax believes in speaking to a live individual and that they are here in the US and not in India or the Phillipines. Thank you TurboTax for thinking of the US and keeping a job here!!!
What's great about it: Helpline was nothing but excellent!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

K-1 cause problems

I sold my k-1's several years ago and the forms keep popping up. It took several hours to find the only place to delete the error from the long sold limited partnership was in the "forms" area.
What's great about it: Most things are straight forward
What's not so great: Connot delete K-1 form carried over from last year without going to "forms"

Great Product for the money. I forgot how many forms are needed to file your taxes. This is so simple and precise. All the forms are available and completely filled out. nothing to worry about.

Worked like promised. No glitches even in Windows 10 on a brand new laptop!!! Will use again next year.
