Well done!

I was initially reticent to use TurboTax again after last years debacle. I swear this would be the last time if they did not make it right. Was pleasantly surprised that this is the best TurboTax I have used in many many years of continued use.
What's great about it: Improvements over previous versions are well done. E.g entering prepaid taxes is now much easier than before.
What's not so great: None

As with every other year, the preparation walkthrough was helpful and efficient, but new users should beware the hidden charges to receive a return or process a payment along with your "free" e-file.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to use

Disconnect with State Taxes

excellent as always - but last year there was no disconnect between Federal and VA State… this year I had to redo as married filing separately… and I never know if I've done it right.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear, concise and compelling
What's not so great: Cannot easily square difference between spouse being a state resident and other spouse not (military)

SO EASY

Turbo Tax is so simple and makes this process so easy and makes you feel comfortable about doing taxes on "your own" because it makes it so you aren't on your own. Great support, easy walk through filing. SO HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY
What's great about it: Simple especially if you don't do this for a living

Can't Think of an easier or better way to file

I have been using TurboTax for years. It is simple, easy to use and gives you great advice.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Software is very helpful. Extra help when needed. Each person can work at their own level of expertise. Would be nice if State e-filings were free also
