What's great about it: Easiest filing ever.
What's not so great: Surprise at the charge for electronic service to have the refund deposited to my bank account. I think it was excessive

Fast and efficient

I have used TurboTax for some time now. I have always enjoyed the step by step approach to this program. The 2015 version did not fail in that respect. The only problem I had was I could not automatically import previous years data and the program missed the safe deposit box info.
What's great about it: easy to download, easy to follow, e-filing ease
What's not so great: Safe deposit box info, no record of previous use
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbotax for several years and last year when you made a huge error and gave me a free upgrade to turbotax, you caused me to lose all info from previous years i.e. preventing me from comparing my returns from past year.l......a big detriment to me.
What's not so great: way too long. screens were hard to navigate. too much extraneous queries

Easy to file my taxes.

I was very pleased that my tax return was a breeze. No difficulty managing through each frame. The directions were easy to understand, and as I mentioned earlier, user friendly. Thanks.
What's great about it: The program was user friendly.
What's not so great: No cons to share here.
