Have used Turbo Tax for years without any issues. Like the fact that it "remembers" from year-to-year. I really have no complaints about the program or its usability.

DIRECT AND TO THE POINT

TTAX allowed me to see all steps in completing my return. Instructions were detailed and complete. I recommend TTAX for all users...inexperience is not a problem.
What's great about it: EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: SOME CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR

2015 TT Deluxe

I'm too old and slow now. Next year may have CPA do it. So many things to learn about as one progresses through TT.
What's great about it: Finally finished
What's not so great: Took >4 days.

Best Yet!

I have been using TurboTax for 20 years. This year was the easiest yet. It really helps to use Quicken as a companion in preparing to file taxes.
What's great about it: Easiest year yet.
What's not so great: It doesn't complete itself automatically. Just kidding.

I have used Turbo Tax as long as I remember but this year I had to paid to file my State return. I automatically assume that turbo tax had State and Fed free filing, as they historically had provided. I will shop more next year for a better deal.

What's great about it: finally got it to work and your first rep was GREAT and very delightful to speak with
What's not so great: nothing but trouble this year spents HOURS on the phone to get it to work

Easy as pie

Turbo Tax is great, I have been using it for about 15 years. I use to have a CPA do my taxes, after finding a couple of errors I started doing them myself. Then I tried Turbo Tax and my life has become much easier at tax time. I would tell everybody to give it a try.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions.
