Not what I expected

I use Turbo Tax for my personal FIT and SIT filing. I also prepare and file my elderly parents' tax return, and had to purchase an additional state tax software package as they moved from a no-tax state to one that has SIT. When I went to file electronically, Turbo Tax wanted to charge an additional fee on top of the software purchase cost. I was under the impression that the tax filing was included in my original purchase.
Consumers should be made aware, in large font, that this product doesn't include electronic tax filing, and users will need to pay an additional cost for the electronic filing.
What's great about it: easy to navigate through, seems to be up-to-date with changes in tax law
What's not so great: have to pay extra for filing state tax return

Great except for the paymernt

Everything went well. I had a great experience until we got to payment part. We had to call tech support to get my payment processed.

Still disappointed that I didn't get a copy of the State return, even though I didn't file it with Turbo Tax

every year can not log in my intuit account. reset password, still can not log in. always have to call to pay for efile state.
why you no fix?

Okay -- need more explanations on the smaller questions throughout the process. I love the walk through of everything but need more "more information" or "What does this mean?" buttons throughout the program.
What's great about it: Liked the step-by-step walk through of the tax paying process
What's not so great: There were things that were not explained, such as on form C, and I couldn't find answers to my questions

What's great about it: Brought forward last year's information
What's not so great: Living in 2 states informaiton
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
