What's great about it: walk me thru with easy step by step process--Iv been using TT for over 12 years and it keeps getting better

Fast and easy

This is the most cost effective and efficient way to do taxes with the confidence they are done correctly.
What's great about it: GUided me through all the forms I had explaining each one
What's not so great: Wish I could do automatic payment of my state tax through credit or debit card
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

the program is super easy to follow, well explained the only problem I had was that I tried several times to E-file my federal report and never were able to do it program said that there were problems with my internet connection, but anyway I filed it by mail, still saved me more than 2/3's of what I would paid to a preparer. happy overall.(DELUXE)

I've been using Turbo Tax now for 5 years and this filing was the easiest ever. No hassles, no confusion, excellent product, would highly recommend.

Fast, quick, accurate and easy

Fast, quick and easy, even for someone how isn't a bookkeeper and a very poor records keeper. Love the ease of filling out the forms and that it gives you reminders from your previous years taxes. This year, it was smoother than ever and I was able to do my taxes in less than 2 hours even with the deductions that needed to be listed. Love the addition of a more stringent ID process to help prevent fraud. Will continue to use Turbo tax because of these reasons
What's great about it: Fast, quick & easy
What's not so great: Needs to tell you up front what you'll need for filing i.e. DR Lic. Bank numbers, etc.
