Good Program - Same flaws from year to year.

Specifically Sch C. Every year the question on Sch C brings up "Carried an Inventory". You can't even check "None of the above" and have it clear. It remembers all my other info, but this is the same every year and requires changing every year. Maybe no one else has complained before now either, but this should be a VERY simple fix in the coding.

Eliminate Anxiety with Turbo Tax

This is the 10th years using Turbo Tax, always makes tax prep and submission a breeze. I especially like the It's deductible feature to know what is a fair market price for items I donate to Goodwill. These contributions add up and can save tax dollars.
I always feel confident when finished with my return. Was contacted a few years ago by IRS for discrepancy in an IRA contribution that I did not receive the paperwork from my investment account. Contacted the folks at Audit Defense, they handled everything for me.
Great Product - Highly Recommend to family & friends.
What's great about it: Easy to Use - Intuitive, Always Answers my questions

Considering the cost and ease of doing my taxes, it does not require you to be a genius to do this. If you like saving money and doing it correctly, I urge you to use Turbo Tax. I have used it for over 10 years without any problems or audits.

Easy..better each year as transfers are made....I'm not accountant material..and yet I almost enjoyed this experience! I'm "older" and not the most computer knowledgeable.. yet could follow the categories and instructions easily!

Turbo Tax Review

Turbo Tax takes my hand and walks me through the tax maze. They are always up-to-date on all the latest tax changes for both federal and state taxes. I have never had to worry about missing anything that left me unsure if the job was done right. I trust that it is always right the first time, even when I owed. I recommend Turbo Tax to friends and family and everyone in my extended family uses and trust Turbo Tax to always get it right.

Ready for a change

The cost of the program with the additional cost of state "filing" and optional audit insurance coverage is similar to those infomercials on TV - "But wait there's more".
This gives me an uneasy feeling in the credibility of TT and after many years, I'm wondering if it is in my best interest to have these prepared professionally or look into another program that includes the above.
What's great about it: Guides and links
What's not so great: Cost of program + cost of filing state misleading
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
