Very Disappointing Experience Compared to Past

I've used TurboTax fairly easily since 2012, but the 2016 version was MISERABLE. It did not save properly and I had to re-enter entire sections many times over working on the file over 3 days. I am still worried that something may have been missed.
What's not so great: VERY difficult to review what had already been covered or tpo pick up where I left off

Not much stress.

Taxes are not the worlds most pleasant thing to do, but it must be done. It was not difficult with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps.
What's not so great: Problem printing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got twice the refund I expected

Turbo tax was very helpful in asking all the right questions in the simplest way possible. This made filing my taxes very quick and easy. I am very pleased with my refund too!
What's great about it: Thanks turbo tax for being quick, easy to use, and helping me get the best refund possible!

Better than ever!

I've used TurboTax for years, and it gets better each year. The only recommendation is listed above.
What's great about it: Very quick and straight forward.
What's not so great: Need to be able to go back and easily return to where you left off without re-hashing what you put in before.

simple to use

I would like to see TurboTax develop a split screen version so when I fill out questions I can see the line items fill in on the actual Federal or State forms. A visual is always helpful.
