Easy to Use

This is the fifth year I have used Turbotax for filing complex trusts and it has been so easy and costs a lot less than using an accountant. It is especially easy after the first year becauses all data from previous years is automatically transferred.
What's great about it: Just follow the instructions, click when told to, enter data . . . DONE!
What's not so great: A little confusing on what to print.

What's great about it: I like that TT works as smooth as it does when importing from Quick Books Pro.
What's not so great: Sometimes things do get more complicated than I can figure out myself.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Good but not Great

TurboTax Business saved me a lot of time and money. But its not as easy to use as the TurboTax products for individual returns. The step-by-step, help and error checking are not idiot-proof on TT Business.
What's great about it: Powerful and affordable
What's not so great: TT Business is not as good as TT Individual

TurboTax Business lacks the ONE FEATURE I wanted!

I've used the "Home and Business" product for many years, and the BEST feature is the ability to import Form 1099 and other data from banks and investment firms that partner with Intuit. This year I had to do a Form 1041 Trust return, which required the "Business" product. I purchased it gladly, since the trust had considerable Form 1099 information. I was REALLY disappointed that the import feature was not available on this product. Please add that feature for future years. If this product HAD that feature it would get 5 stars. Without it... Meh!
What's great about it: Very complete, easy data entry
What's not so great: All entries must be manual!

I have done the S Corporation return from TurboTax for many years, but this was the easiest so far.

QuickBooks import fail to TurboTax Business

It would have saved time if I had just printed out my QuickBooks reports and rekeyed everything back into TurboTax. Spent days trying to figure out how the entries mapped or didn't map over to TurboTax. Actually walked away for 10 days as I was so worked up that the balance sheet, income statement, and retained earnings didn't just transfer over seamlessly, but instead used other calculations. Cannot recommend this product.
What's great about it: Import is available
