This is a great deal easier than doing things by hand but the business tax is PC only, which is a pain for those of us you use Apple. In addition, there are problems in clarifying errors in the return and the program offers little help in resolving them. Basically this program needs an Apple version badly. It is a lot easier than hand preparation but sometimes it very nearly defeats the process.
What's great about it: Woks mostly but
What's not so great: Frequently does not clarify what errors exist and/or how to resolve them.

A REAL PAIN

IT IS A REAL GUESS THAT EVERYTHING IS RIGHT BECAUSE THE INFORMATOIN WILL NOT TRANSFER TO THE 1120-H EVEN AFTER REPEATEDLY GOING TO THE FORM SECTION AND CHOOSING THIS FORM. AND AFTER THE INCREDIBLE COST OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU WOULD THINK IT COULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN ABLE TO TRANSFER THE DATA. GLAD THIS IS THE LAST YEAR I WILL BE FILING THIS TAX RETURN
What's great about it: AFTER ALL THE HOOPS, FILLED OUT THE FORM
What's not so great: TRYING TO GET TO THE 1120-H FORM AND GETTING IT TO FILL IN

Since I had used the program last year, it downloaded all of the information I needed to do this year's return. It was very quick and easy!

Confused and frustrated
on February 24, 2016

Without TurboTax, I for sure would have to hire a CPA. But with TurboTax, I am left with big irreconcilable amounts.
Before starting, I made sure all the account balances are correct in QuickBooks (QB). All the bank account balances are reconciled. I use the automatic import into TurboTax. And I also had last year's TurboTax data imported. I'm struggling all day for two weeks trying to get TurboTax to match the balance sheet and profit and loss statements. And even now that I finished filing through TurboTax, I am not satisfied with my solution: to create a TurboTax errors account in the equity section.
Maybe I should not have used the import from QB feature.
Another thing bothered me was I had one PDF to support summary security trading at one brokerage account and another PDF to support at the other brokerage account. TurboTax only allowed me to attach one PDF.
Another thing is TurboTax forced me to attach a Maryland "Other Subtraction" Form PDF. I could not find any Maryland corporation form that is called an "Other Subtraction" form. And TurboTax did not tell me why I needed one, just that Maryland requires it. I attached Form 500DM with all zeros in all the blanks because nothing on there pertained to my business.
Still, without TurboTax, I am sure I would be 20 times more baffled about the filing this year. With TurboTax, I did wind up with something I could submit in much less time than I would otherwise need. And TurboTax helped me a lot. I just had the few frustrations that I mentioned.
What's great about it: Don't know how I would get through the tax forms so quickly
What's not so great: Still very confusing and difficult, even with TurboTax
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Good but nees Form 1099-INT
on February 25, 2016

I have been using TurboTax products for years, both for my personnel taxes and for my small, Subchapter S corporation. It's easy to use, even for people without a tax or accounting background. However, the lack of support for Form 1099-INT in the TurboTax Business edition is a glaring omission.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Lacks Form 1099-INT

TT Business, good but not as friendly as regular
on March 1, 2016

As a veteran (regular) TurboTax user, I decided to do my own LLC taxes with TurboTax Business and it was fairly daunting task due to my inexperience with Multi-member LLC workings versus standard Sole Propriatorship. It did take me few days to figure things out, but at the end, I was able to file for my LLC. Note that TurboTax business is ONLY for business. Separate TT (Premier or Home & Business) needs to be purchased for your personal income tax filings, which will include the K-1 section that gets generated by business side (in case of multi-member LLC)
What's great about it: Learn More options were helpful to first time Business user
What's not so great: Learn More and Help options were not on all items

Well I get all the way to the end, try to efile and Turbo Tax crashes on the Federal signature form. So now I cant efile.
The other thing that needs work is if you answer a question once TT needs to remember the answer.
Lastly, balance sheets are great for accountants, however since TT is a product for NON ACCOUNTANTS to do taxes, the balance sheet section needs suggest ways to get things into balance.
What's great about it: More or less works
What's not so great: Pesters you for your name and address every time you start, even though Intuit has all that information.

Overall a good program. Very confusing when "foreign taxes paid" were brought up. Also, no mention of K-1's while filling out the tax return. K-1 info didn't come up until after the return was filled out.
What's great about it: Simple navigation throughout the program
What's not so great: Could use a little more instruction when working with foreign taxes paid and the tax credit.
