I installed and completed the taxes in one operation using less than 3 hours.
What's great about it: Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like TurboTax business

I use TurboTax business. It's convenient and intuitive software.
But you need to know what you do. It's for accountants, not for company owners. ;)

What's great about it: It's suitable for dummies. But if you know what to do, TurboTax has forms
What's not so great: Little bit difficult to determine with what you're working right now: return, extension or amendment

QBO Tax returns failure

Intuit Online tax return prep services now being pushed on pro advisors. I find the lack of supporting older years before 2014 into 2000 is a deal breaker and I cannot use the great products as needed. It could be cheap for Intuit online tax forms to archive back to 200 , possibly make it a little more cost if earlier than 2009 or something. But, just as you blocked pro advisors from making anything on sale of "Point of Sale", now you don't provide one stop shopping for one delinquent tax clients needs and if I'm forced to another service I will do it for all not available and not use my Intuit as my choice!
What's great about it: Glad I can do them online now versus waiting for software from intuit.
What's not so great: This is the deal breaker I'll do it in review.
