Most Pleasant Way to Perform the Unpleasant Task

My second year of TurboTax was faster and easier than the first, and the first was just as easy as going to the accountant. My total time for preparation last year was about the same as with the accountant, this year was three hours less.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: The fact I have to do it at all!

Gets th Job done

The software was good this is the second year I have done my taxes instead of hiring a pro and second time I used Turbo Tax, it covers most deductions and for a simple professional business like mine its works great.
What's great about it: You can go to specific sections quickly and deductions are detailed well.
What's not so great: Some more details on doing fixed asset depreciation would make it better

I could not down load the business so I got a refund from Turbo Tax. After purchasing the product from the store, it took me a while to load it in my PC Then at the end when I tried to e-file I could not. Finally after retrying a number of times it except it.
What's not so great: This is the hardest year for me to use TurboTax

Consistent style and efficient

make instructions more consistent year to year.
make pages more compact where possible to eliminate need to scroll down just to get only the next buttom

I filed before the deadline!

I answer questions and Turbo Tax produces my return.
It's that simple.
It's that simple.
I was intimidated about filing my LLC's return without an accountant, but I didn't want to pay the money for a professional tax prepayer. Turbo Tax made me feel confident about my return and I was able to complete it by answering questions and following directions.
