What's great about it: Incredibly easy to use for preparing a Trust return.
What's not so great: I wish this software were available for MacOS!

Interface struggles

Have used Intuit for well over a decade, but not by choice. Your products are full featured and I can get support, but they often drive me crazy. Specifically, the interface (at the API "we're doing this thing to this data" level) has caused me no end of headaches. In fact, I have had to refile business tax returns because I could not follow what in the world TT was doing with QB data, and made mistakes as a result. No-- the forums aren't much help-- they do tech support, not tax related data flow support.
Suggestion: create the ability to do flow diagrams which show the non-tax accountant user where what data is going from QB to TT on a per tax return basis.
(Of course, this may involve revealing Intuit IP secrets, in which case I'm now wasting bits on this webpage...)

What's great about it: It does simplify a very complicated process
What's not so great: The interaction between TT and Quickbooks has caused issues for years...

TurboTax Business simply rocks!

What's not to like about TurboTax. Keep it up.
What's great about it: Very intuitive user interface and simple to understand questions.
What's not so great: Couldn't edit the address information of the company after doing the import from Quickbooks.

Ease of Use

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008. From the moment I installed the program, I knew this was the right tax program for me. The quick installation, the ease of use and the final check results with details is exceptional.
I am a fan of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Guided tour is awesome
