What's great about it: Works like personal Turbo Tax that I have used for years.

If you click on something just to see what it's all about, and then decide that it's not for you, there is residue that is nearly impossible to escape from. Errors will pop up for fields on that form even after you've deleted it multiple times.
What's great about it: Easy enough to use for someone that already knows how to do a return
What's not so great: Not idiot-proof - you still have to know how to do a return

Review for TurboTax for Business
I've been using business and personal editions of TurboTax for decades (plural) - originally on i386 desktop with dot matrix printer, just to give an idea.
In the beginning, when I began using the business edition, it was very awkward to use - it did not follow the same methodology or user interface as the personal edition and so it made preparing returns lots of additional work. Today, the business edition closely follows the interface of the personal edition and things are very intuitive as everything is where you'd expect it to be.
I like the error checking to catch things which have been omitted, or where things do not cross-check correctly (e.g. reconciliation of income to balance sheet).
I see many reviews on websites where people always complain about the price and how it compares to other tax software. For me, the time savings as well as being able to import information from the prior year's return and not have to worry about it is well worth the price and savings if I were to just hand it over to an accountant to do it.
Over the years, I've come to trust TurboTax very much and would not consider doing my taxes without it.
What's great about it: Ease of use, accuracy, dependability, error checking
What's not so great: Need ability to import 1099s and transactions from brokerages like personal edition

I was very disappointed at how long it took to prepare my return. The initial download from QuickBooks was easy, but getting everything to balance back to the books was very difficult. It was routinely off by the amount of non-deductible meals and figuring out how to get the software to recognize this and prepare the forms correctly was very difficult.
What's great about it: comprehensive software
What's not so great: difficult to understand where numbers are derived,

In A Bind & Did the deed!

Finding out taxes were due days before they actually were really lit a fire in me! TurboTax was the obvious choice and since there was a business program, I found the nearest PC and downloaded It! (Come up with a Mac program please!!!!)
The instructions were fairly detailed (I have to admit I had to turn to google for definitions and how-tos sometimes!) but for the most part, it helped me understand everything or at least a direction of what to google to find a Taxes-For-Dummies article.
I'm not sure if I'll do taxes myself again next year, but after knowing I can, I just might!
What's great about it: This program effectively helped me file on time with no tax experience!
What's not so great: I didn't like that in some of the "Explain This" sections, it didn't tell me HOW to do thing

2015 TurboTax Business

I have used Turbotax for over 25 years. The 2015 Business version was not up to the usual standards. The imported data from QB Premier Plus Contractor version was unacceptable. Several P&L items went to the wrong account, even though they have the correct tax mapping info. Much of he BS data was in wrong places and even entered twice. And I couldn't find the help box which has been in the upper right corner in the past. Nor was the search box available most of the time. I hope these issues are not present for 2016!
What's great about it: It was useful
What's not so great: VERY slow.

Complicated made Simpler!

I like the -work on what I want to work on, interview, and search a question options available, however, many times information is not as comprehensive as it needs to be for my purposes. I would really be happy if you would offer a realatively low cost option for accounting support during my tax preparation, not just in the event of an audit. It would be a great way to help those of us with more complicated situations to get clarity on some issues.
What's great about it: Able to do Corporate and Personal Taxes for a fraction of the cost of an Accountant!
What's not so great: With more complicated Tax questions, there doesn't seem to be enough information available.

Headache from jumping step
on September 15, 2016

Overall OK. Problematic with LLC by trying to skip a step and not allow me to choose LLC single partner, LLC multiple partner, or LLC C-corp
This failure causes a big mess
In addition, does not allow to edit K1
What's great about it: Once you enter the data, things are easy
What's not so great: (1) LLC poor: jump straight to partnership, should allow me to choose
