Issue with Balance Sheet Section

The tax prep was easy and quick until I got to the balance sheet portion of the software. I put in the accurate book numbers and I couldn't get it to balance. There was almost no clarification help on the entry items the way there is throughout the rest of the product, and the forms don't allow you to make adjustments in many of the fields. I looked online for documentation and found that many other people have had the same issues.
What's great about it: The Corporation product is easy to use
What's not so great: The balance sheet section is difficult to use

Made my life easy

What's great about it: My business returns was very complex but easy step in turbo tax made is easy
What's not so great: Reconciliation was bit tricky but not difficult

Taxes made easier, but then add some interface glitch or other issue which always comes up and adds the additional frustration that makes me wonder why I keep using this particular tool.
What's not so great: Every year, taxes made even more frustrating

Overall, very satisfied with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use and is much better than the tax services used in the past.
What's not so great: Some of my basic questions not answered in the help section

Simple Returns Made Simple

Our small business has a very simple balance sheet, and requires a very simple tax program. TurboTax Business is just what we needed.

Makes a difficult task even more confusing

In preparing taxes for a deceased tax payer, TurboTax Home and Business does not include form 1041 nor does it instruct you that you need it. Once you do your outside research, you realize you need TurboTax 'Business' also. There is no instructions on how to deal with 1099Divs and how to back out income for the part of the year in which the taxpayer was deceased.
What's great about it: I was able to efile
What's not so great: Why require two products, one named 'Home and Business' and 'Business'

TurboTax Business is Terrible

I was filing a fiduciary trust tax return for my deceased aunt and found TurboTax Business not very helpful at all. The step-by-step approach did not have good explanations and was even missing pages for forms I received (1099-R). I DO NOT recommend this unless Intuit greatly improves this product.
