I ended up using other software for my second trust since I couldn't figure out how to carry forward an AMT credit from prior years and couldn't do a MN return for my trust. Otherwise I liked the software and it was extremely easy to use. Does Turbo tax have any other software that will do a 706 return?
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't have a way to carry forward AMT credits for prior years and didn't provide a MN State return for Trusts

Good, but has a bug

I had a one dollar imbalance between assets and liabilities on the balance sheet because of rounding. I spent a long time trying to fix it. You should either address the rounding or provide a fill in box to account for rounding
What's great about it: overall excellent and quick
What's not so great: Rounding caused a one dollar imbalance on the balance sheet

Taxes suck! But TurboTax is awesome!

I love TurboTax. It makes doing simple taxes so easy and stress free.
What's great about it: Excellent User Experience
What's not so great: Still just a tool. Not able to give advice or specific recommendations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 TurboTax review

S Corporation is not as spontaneous as C Corporation. I could not file my personal tax return and I will have to buy the other turbo for W2 filing.
What's great about it: Avoid tax preparers waiting time
What's not so great: Missing personal filing

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and every year you add more helpful information on many of the screens. It makes my job so much easier and more economical. Thanks again.

Missed a step

I missed the efile button and published a poor review,. Turbotax had the forms I needed for my taxes in an easy Q&A format
What's great about it: I use turbo tax for my personal taxes so I was familiar with how it works.
What's not so great: State taxes were complicated not as easy to understand as Federal

Excellent Product

All things considered, Turbo Tax is a very well-written program.
What's great about it: The step-by-step interview is excellent.
What's not so great: Need better explainations for things like K-1 box population in the help section
