Your product is excellent. I recommend it to everybody.
One area I want you to improve is when checking for errors.
Please devise a system where user could easily follow instructions to make the changes.

Although the federal software was excellent, there was a lack of clarity with respect to the Pennsylvania return--in particular with respect to depreciation--and some unexplained items. I understand very well that PA tax law can be murky, but I would have appreciated more help. Also, the last step--the filing--did not clearly coordinate the state and federal filing; I had to go back over some steps and I'm still not sure it was done right.
What's great about it: Completeness,clarity
What's not so great: Coordination of federal with state (Pennsylvania) shaky

Where's the "Taxes Due" Window?

Have used this version for several years to do a 1041 return for a trust. I did not like that this year the amount of tax owed was not displayed and dynamically updated as the return was completed and figures entered.
What's great about it: Makes a complex return esay to file
What's not so great: No "tax due" window

What's great about it: Very easy to follow

Its Okay but has one important drawback

This software does not handle rounding well. I could not get my balance sheet to balance like my QuickBooks balance sheet does. No matter how hard I tried, it still showed an error of $2 that then carried through to shareholders equity and could not be changed. This software desperately needs override capabilities to adjust for these minor errors.
What's great about it: I liked being able to navigate back.
What's not so great: See below. This software really needs an override capability to handle rounding errors.

all in all.....I would recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: very orginized, fast and efficient
What's not so great: does not explain every situation clearly enough...I had trouble a few times with understanding some of the derections.

Generally a good tax software program. However, it does not have the 1.263(a)-1(f) de Minimis Safe Harbor Election form or assistance which is an important omission.
