State Returns

It took me considerable time and now a day late in filing my State taxes because I couldn't figure out what was wrong between my Federal (which was transmitted and filed quite nicely on time on 9/15) and State. You need to make the reconciliation between the 2 forms more transparent and need more help screen.
What's not so great: The infornation from Federal to State and trying to correct!

Problems with crashing this year

I've been a TurboTax user for over 25 years and normally have a great experience. Not sure why, but my program kept crashing every 5 to 10 minutes, saying there was a problem with GUI and the program quit running. Do you have any idea why?
What's great about it: Have used for years; normally runs smoothly.
What's not so great: Program kept crashing every 5 to 10 minutes.

Just great overall service. Spoke to a CPA that didn't miss a beat. On point and very knowledgeable. Service couldn't be better, I will always be a customer of TurboTax.

Still Puzzling

What's great about it: OK, once again I got the taxes done, but after a lot of time and effort
What's not so great: Still takes too long, even though I use Forms mode as much as possible. WHY on earth can't TTax collate when it prints?

Excellent Product

I have been using it for many years and as of the following year I will love it even more as I just switched to QuickBooks so my S-Corp return should be even easier.
