A Must Have!

As a CPA, I completed my S-Corp taxes manually. I wasted valuable time over the years until I started using turbotax. It's a must have!

scanned document difficult to find.

I scanned form 8453-S to my desktop as recommended. When I tried to attach it to my return it didn't find it and had no desktop location to be found. After a number of tries I found it in a document file.

Ordered failed for CA state estate and trust.

TT asked me for my payment information, which I provided and then I did not receive the CA State Estate and Trust download I need. I received no email either. There was a confirmation sheet initially provided in the TT program page and it was to be sent via email, but that did not happen.
What's great about it: None

pretty good for a small business

I always have to run a reconciliation because my book numbers don't match the return due to expenses that are not allowed for meals and donations. It really gets screwy with the retained earnings and takes forever to trick it into making the corrections. If you aren't software savy you might have real problems.
What's great about it: easy import
What's not so great: reconciliation part sucks

An excellent company Representative

Experienced Representative went above and beyond to determine the problem and presented a mutually acceptable solution in a courteous manner. Corrected many errors created by Representatives in the last two weeks.
What's great about it: Found and found a mutually acceptable solution. Extremely helpful experience. I could not be more satisfied.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for 12 years for our business and it's simple, easy to understand and not a headache! Why would I do anything else?

Low Coverage of topic

Overall I gave it 4 stars because I had a question concerning Missouri's strange "revenue earned from within and without Missouri". The instructions on Missouri's Form MO-MSS are enough to make you think you have the beginnings of Alzheimers so I asked a question. Never received an answer either from Turbo Tax or the TT community. I finally just read the State instructions carefully and filed the way I thought I read it, hoping I was accurate. Not happy with the non-response!!!
What's great about it: Better help sections than in 2013 (last year I used Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Some line instruction was less than helpful or difficult to find
