What's great about it: Excellent Software, easy step by step processes.
What's not so great: Could not find cons, but you have to work a little bit to have all the data needed to fill out the forms.

Been using TT Business for several years now. By and large I am quite happy with it. I am not an accountant or tax professional. TT Business makes it easy for non-accountants to do DIY business taxes.
Liked:
Easy step-by-step interview process
Can stop anytime and resume later (as long as one saves the return)
Error Checking
On-demand Flipping back and forth from the SbS interview to forms
Easy import from QuickBooks - as long as the accounting data in it is reconciled, complete and consistent eliminates time consuming data entry and conversion from accounting to tax categories

Disliked:
Adjustment to reconcile small differences (in P & L and Balance Sheet) due to rounding off of the entries is not included in the Step by Step process.

A simple helpful hint would be very helpful. A simple entry or $1 - $3 in M-1 should be included in the work flow as an option. e.g., Would you like to add a rounding adjustment for small amounts of mismatch between the book and tax income (or Balance Sheet Assets or Liabilities)?
Instead, one is forced to manually enter into M-1 and the system is unclear about where to enter the amount (in the M-1 or the Worksheet for M-1). I added in the Worksheet thinking that it will flow to M-1, but it did not and gave me a cryptic error message. This happens almost every year and I have to consult a tax professional to resolve it, or after many years, try few things and hope that one of them will work and resolve the minor rounding discrepancy correctly.
For the Texas state filing - there is no state income tax or business tax filing requirement. Franchise tax is unrelated to the Federal Tax Filing - and is not required for many categories of businesses. There should be a disclaimer when asking for State form since many businesses do not require Franchise Tax filing.
What's great about it: Easy Step-by-Step Interview, Import from QB, e-Filing
What's not so great: M-1 and M-2 entries not intuitive - Need instructions, Misleading option for Texas State Filing

Form 1065 for Multiple Member LLC

TurboTax Business is just the right complexity for our family buy-hold-sell business.
What's great about it: Walk-through forms, with references to more info. Can pick up easily after 1 year hiatus.
What's not so great: Have not identified any negatives.

There were some things that it should have imported from Quickbooks but didn't and I had to dig through Quickbooks to find the numbers and import them manually.

Overall, the Business version is nearly as good and seamless as the personal version.
What's great about it: Guided me through the 1099 input
