Ease of use, and step by step processing makes the product easy to follow and understand. The detailed explanations and additional information available allow for drill down whenever the need/desire arises.
What's great about it: Covered all the bases.
What's not so great: Would like to see progress as shown in Indivicual version.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It makes taxes very easy and straightforward. You don't need to know anything about what forms to use, numbers to plug in, etc. Mu only thing is that, being a relatively young tax novice, it would be nice to have explanation in a little more detail, or have links for other information
What's great about it: short, to the point, easy to follow instructions (for the most part)
What's not so great: sometimes explanations are not as detailed as I would like

How come it does not support the 5471/5472 filing! I don't think this is a professional software if it does not support the foreign forms...

What's not so great: lack of necessary forms

The Program was easy to use, but several of the categories do not address the problems in a medical practice.
What's great about it: walked me through it... helped me figure it out
What's not so great: The program is not well oriented to medical businesses

Great product. Could you add a method to be able to check for errors at any time rather than having to go through the step by step process? I would like to have my return reviewed again but don't have the time to go through the process right now.
