A pleasure to use for a not so pleasurable task! - Great User interface, great support, very logical and thoughtful design.
Product just works!! Its nice to have things just Work!
Thank you for making this much easier to do.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great interface, really customer centered
What's not so great: Why Can't other Software be as good a Turbo Tax ?

Complex balance sheet reconciliation

Each year with Turbo Tax I have great difficulty with balance sheet reconciliation. It is very complicated. It seems not to show the correct figures that were transferred from My Quick Books database.

Worked Great! Easy to Use.

I used the HR block version last year, and this version seemed to work better and easier. I still long for a Mac OS version and to be honest, which ever company releases a version for Mac OS is the version I will use next year.
What's great about it: Lots of resources to help new filers understand how to file
What's not so great: No version for Mac OS

What's not so great: Can e-file only 5 returns. No option to pay and file more.

I appreciate the help I get doing my business taxes with Turbo Tax, but I really need Intuit to do the Business Program for Mac. Please work on it and offer it for next year! I am sure you will make a lot of your clients happier and you will get many more new ones ...

This year was more complicated program than last year. Harder to complete.
